Teddy Reinhard
Founder · NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Enkra AI was founded by Teddy Reinhard. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He attended college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance (Suma Cum Laude). There, his passion for fitness, discipline, and self-development grew, along with his passion to help others.
Teddy is a former Level 10 competitive gymnast and a former gymnastics coach. His hybrid approach combines weights, calisthenics, and cardio. His approach builds relative strength, absolute strength, and an engine that never quits.
Throughout his life, Teddy has believed that the best version of yourself, is one decision away - and with today’s technology, it can be one tap away. This belief and his commitment to growth, led him to create Enkra AI.
Enkra AI was built to bring structure, accountability, and personal development into one place - helping people grow through discipline, intentional living, and consistency over time.
