Enkra AI is a personal development application designed to support discipline, health, fitness, leadership, personal growth, journaling, and organization through educational tools, AI-assisted features, curated third-party content, and personal progress tracking.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Features, integrations, and availability may vary by platform, subscription level, geographic region, and future updates. Enkra LLC reserves the right to modify, add, discontinue, or restrict features at any time.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & CANCELLATION
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal period.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and promotional offers are subject to the policies of the applicable marketplace except where otherwise required by law.
Enkra LLC reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing.
6. GROWTH LIBRARY & THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Growth Library contains books, articles, videos, sermons, websites, podcasts, and other educational resources selected to encourage learning and personal development.
The inclusion, display, recommendation, ranking, categorization, promotion, accessibility, or partnership associated with any third-party content does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, approval, verification, representation, or guarantee by Enkra LLC unless expressly stated.
Users access all third-party resources at their own discretion and risk.
The views, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions expressed in third-party content belong solely to their respective authors or creators.

The views, opinions, and content presented through Enkra AI, including its website, application, Growth Library, and related services, are solely those of the founder and third-party content creators and do not reflect the official policies, positions, or views of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any other agency of the United States Government.
21. GOVERNING LAW
