Welcome to EnkraAI. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. PURPOSE OF THE APP
EnkraAI is a personal development application supporting discipline, health, fitness, journaling,
growth, and organization through educational tools, AI-assisted features, and curated third-party
content.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information.
4. FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY
Free Features: exercise logging, nutrition logging, sleep logging, limited Growth Library access, and
basic progress tracking.
Premium Features: weekly AI feedback, journaling with optional AI chatbot functionality, full Growth
Library access, and future premium features.
Features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & CANCELLATION
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at
least 24 hours before renewal. Users may manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or
Google Play settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Enkra LLC may
modify subscription pricing and plans.
6. GROWTH LIBRARY & THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The inclusion, display, recommendation, ranking, categorization, promotion, or accessibility of any
third-party content within the Growth Library does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship,
approval, verification, representation, or guarantee by Enkra LLC. Users access such content at
their own risk.
7. USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to misuse the Service, violate laws, upload harmful content, or attempt to exploit
the platform.
8. AI LIMITATIONS
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice.
9. HEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMER
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with activities undertaken based on information
provided through the Services.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Enkra LLC makes no guarantees regarding fitness, health, productivity, educational, spiritual,
financial, or personal development outcomes.
11. EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
Enkra LLC is not an emergency service.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, trademarks, content, and materials are owned by or licensed to Enkra LLC.
13. USER CONTENT
Users retain ownership of submitted content while granting Enkra LLC a limited operational license.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Enkra LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive
damages.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend and hold harmless Enkra LLC from claims arising from use of the Services.
17. TERMINATION
Enkra LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
