Enkra AI is committed to being transparent about how user data is collected, processed, and used when providing AI-powered features within the application.

This page supplements our Privacy Policy by specifically describing how user information is processed to provide AI-generated insights and personalized coaching.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you choose to use, Enkra AI may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Exercise logs

  • Nutrition logs

  • Sleep logs

  • Journal entries

  • Goals and preferences

  • Subscription status

  • Device and usage information necessary to operate the application

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Your information is collected to operate Enkra AI and provide personalized features, including:

  • Weekly AI-generated health and wellness feedback

  • AI Journal conversations

  • Account management

  • Subscription management

  • Application functionality

  • Security and fraud prevention

  • Customer support

3. AI Processing

Enkra AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate certain AI-powered features.

Examples include:

  • Weekly personalized feedback based on exercise, nutrition, and sleep logs

  • Responses generated within the AI Journal

Only the information necessary to generate the requested response is transmitted.

Enkra AI sends only the information necessary to generate the requested AI response through Anthropic's Claude API.

4. Third-Party Services

Enkra AI currently works with several trusted third-party providers.

Anthropic (Claude)

  • Processes exercise, nutrition, sleep, and journal information to generate AI-powered feedback and journal responses.

Supabase

  • Stores user account information, health logs, journal entries, AI-generated responses, and application data.

RevenueCat

  • Processes subscription status and purchase entitlements using your application user identifier.

Apple Health / Android Health Connect

  • When enabled by the user, these services provide health information such as sleep data to Enkra AI.

  • Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

5. User Consent

Before creating an Enkra AI account, users must agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Health integrations such as Apple Health and Android Health Connect also require user authorization before any data is shared.

6. Data Retention

User information is retained while an account remains active.

Weekly AI feedback and AI Journal responses are stored within Enkra AI so users can review previous conversations and insights.

7. Account Deletion

Currently, Enkra AI uses a soft-delete process.

When a user deletes an account:

  • The account is marked as deleted.

  • The user can no longer access the account.

  • AI feedback generation stops.

  • Data is currently retained within the database.

Future versions of Enkra AI may support permanent deletion of user data.

8. Data Security

Enkra AI uses industry-standard security practices.

Information transmitted between your device and our services is encrypted using HTTPS.

User data stored within Supabase benefits from encryption, access controls, and Row Level Security (RLS).

Although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your information

  • Update your information

  • Disconnect supported integrations

  • Request deletion of your account

  • Contact us with privacy questions
